The Sleep Strong Method £295

Suitable for babies aged 5 months to 3 years, the Sleep Strong Package uses the Sleep Strong Method to give you everything you need to improve your baby's sleep while getting back to the training and energy levels you've been missing. Unlike generic sleep advice, the Sleep Strong Method looks at both your baby's sleep and your goals as a mum — because a plan that ignores you isn't a plan that works. With 2 weeks of personalised support, you'll have a sleep plan built around your fitness goals so you can feel strong, rested, and like yourself again.

  • Sleep Log Analysis – I ask you to track 3-4 days of your baby's sleep before our call—wake times, naps, bedtime, feeds, all of it. Why? Because I need to see the full picture before we talk. I'm looking for patterns you might not even notice. When we get on the call, I'll already have a plan forming in my head.

    60-Minute Video Consultation – We discuss your baby's sleep challenges AND your training goals. This is where I get to know your life, your schedule, and what success looks like for you. You'll leave this call with clarity and a plan.

    Personalised Sleep Plan – A bespoke routine designed for your baby's age and YOUR lifestyle. Whether you need early mornings for the gym or reliable naps for training, this plan protects your time while supporting your baby's development.

    2 Weeks of WhatsApp Support – Real life happens. Babies get teeth. Sleep regressions hit. Your partner's schedule changes. That's why you get 2 weeks of WhatsApp support. Message me whenever you need—I usually get back to you within a couple of hours. You don't have to navigate this alone. I've got you.
