What if your baby’s nap length could guide both better sleep and a realistic workout?
A free guide for mums who are sleep deprived, exhausted and desperate to get back to fitness and feel like themselves again.
Because the nap windows are there. You just need to know where they are and what to do with them.
Nap windows are one of the most underused tools a new mum has. When you can't make the early morning gym class or the evening run feels too far away, nap time becomes your training window. And it's more powerful than you think.
But to use it well, you need to know two things: when your baby is likely to nap and how long that nap should realistically be at their age. Without that, you're either scrambling to start a workout before they wake or sitting on the sofa unsure whether you even have enough time.
Know your windows and you can stop guessing and start making nap time for you. Because you deserve a window in your day that is completely and unapologetically yours.
The nap windows are there. You just need to know when they are and what to do with them.
What’s inside:
This free guide gives you two things. A clear, realistic picture of how long your baby's naps could be at every stage and simple workouts you can actually do while they sleep.
✓ Nap schedules by age: From the fourth trimester to toddler, how many naps your baby needs, how long they should last and when to expect them so you can plan around them.
✓ Workouts built to fit inside those windows: Workouts designed for the time you actually have. Short enough to start, effective enough to matter.
✓ Length of baby’s naps: So you stop guessing how long you should have and start knowing — which means more predictable naps and more reliable time for you.
Why I created this guide
Because I was that mum. I was enjoying fitness until the day before my induction. Fitness for me is more than just to look good. It’s my therapy. It’s the thing that kept me feeling well, feeling like myself and kept me sane. And then my baby arrived and it was gone. Not because I didn't want to do it anymore. But because I was running on broken sleep and I simply had nothing left to give. I remember scrambling around trying to figure out how I was going to fit it in. Naps were the ideal time but I wanted something that told me exactly what I was doing and how long I had.
So I created it myself. And now I'm giving it to you.
