I support exhausted mums to improve their baby's sleep so they have the energy to return to fitness and feel more like themselves again. I believe that babies' sleep is important, but mum's sleep and physical and mental health is just as important.

I work with exhausted mums to transform their baby's sleep patterns, giving them back the rest and energy they need to return to training and feel like themselves.
While your baby's sleep is crucial, your own rest, strength, and emotional wellbeing deserve equal priority. A rested, strong mum is the best version of herself—for her baby and for her own life.
About Me
I’m Vicki – a sleep consultant who gets it: the gym isn’t just about training, it’s your therapy, it’s your outlet.
I've been exactly where you are.
I trained until the day before my induction with my eldest, then for six weeks I couldn't go to the gym and it nearly broke me. My one outlet had been taken away. I felt lost, resentful, and like I was disappearing into just being 'mum'.
I understand what it's like to love being a mum but desperately miss training. To plan workouts you're too exhausted to start. To feel trapped between wanting to be with your baby and needing to feel like yourself again.
I became a sleep consultant because I know exactly what it's like to be desperate to move your body again but too exhausted to actually do it. I'm here to help you get sleep sorted so you can get back to what makes you feel strong.
